Unser Ziel ist es, die Umweltbelastung einer Villa bei der Nutzung drastisch zu reduzieren. Fast 30% der Ibiza-Touristen wohnen in gemieteten Unterk\u00fcnften und Villen auf dem Land, die viel Energie und Wasser verbrauchen. Die Insel ist ein fragiles Paradies, das \u00fcberbelastet ist und gesch\u00fctzt werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Wir f\u00fchren den Villensektor der Insel auf dem Gebiet der Nachhaltigkeit von Villen an und beraten die AVAT (die Vereinigung von Villenbesitzern und Vermietungsagenturen) in Zusammenarbeit mit Ibiza Preservation. Wir m\u00f6chten alle Beteiligten erreichen: Villeng\u00e4ste, Eigent\u00fcmer, Dienstleister und Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden. Wir haben begonnen, mit jedem Villenbesitzer einen 5-Jahres-Aktionsplan zu erarbeiten, um die eigene Immobilie nachhaltiger zu machen. Wir ermutigen alle unsere Villeng\u00e4ste, die Villen w\u00e4hrend ihres Urlaubs verantwortungsbewusst zu nutzen und zu verstehen, dass ihr \u00f6kologischer Fu\u00dfabdruck auf der Insel lange nach ihrer Abreise erhalten bleibt. RECYCLING<\/h4>\n<p>Alle unsere Villen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber Recyclingeimer f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste und klare Anweisungen zu deren Verwendung.<\/p>\n<h4>2. WASSER SPAREN<\/h4>\n<p>Ibiza leidet unter einem langfristigen Wassermangel und viele Grundwasserleiter, die einzige nat\u00fcrliche Wasserquelle der Insel, sind versiegt. Wir pr\u00fcfen M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie der Verbrauch in jeder Villa durch die Infrastruktur und eine verantwortungsvollere Nutzung der G\u00e4ste gesenkt werden kann.<\/p>\n<h4>3. LOKALE PRODUKTE KAUFEN<\/h4>\n<p>Wir bieten unseren G\u00e4sten eine Liste der besten Orte, um <a href=\"\/de\/ibiza-guide\/\">lokale Bio-Produkte<\/a> zu kaufen, damit sie die wahren Fr\u00fcchte der Insel genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen. Zudem sind unsere Willkommenspakete mit Produkten aus der Region gef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<h4>4. ENERGIEKONSUM SENKEN<\/h4>\n<p>Wir suchen nach M\u00f6glichkeiten, wie der Energieverbrauch in jeder Villa durch die Infrastruktur und eine verantwortungsbewusstere Nutzung der G\u00e4ste gesenkt werden kann. Wir pr\u00fcfen und implementieren bessere Energiequellen wie Solarenergie und W\u00e4rmepumpen und reduzieren den Verbrauch durch Upgrades von Haushaltsger\u00e4ten, Tageslichtsensoren f\u00fcr Au\u00dfenbeleuchtung usw.<\/p>\n<h4>5. PLASTIK REDUZIEREN<\/h4>\n<p>Wir haben in den K\u00fcchensp\u00fclen der meisten Villen Osmosefilter installiert, um Trinkwasser bereitzustellen, sodass die G\u00e4ste kein Mineralwasser mehr kaufen m\u00fcssen. Wir bieten gro\u00dfe, robuste, wiederverwendbare Einkaufstaschen, damit die G\u00e4ste diese verwenden k\u00f6nnen, anstatt Plastikt\u00fcten im Supermarkt zu kaufen. Wir haben Einweg-Plastikflaschen mit Shampoo und Duschgel entfernt und diese durch gr\u00f6\u00dfere nachf\u00fcllbare Flaschen ersetzt, damit die G\u00e4ste diese verwenden k\u00f6nnen.
