W\u00e4hrend in den Strandrestaurants erwartungsgem\u00e4\u00df vor allem Meeresfr\u00fcchte serviert werden, dreht sich in den Restaurants im Landesinneren alles um intime Innenh\u00f6fe, \u00fcppige gr\u00fcne G\u00e4rten und h\u00f6lzerne Pergolen, die mit wundersch\u00f6ner Bougainvillea oder duftendem Jasmin behangen sind. Die Villa liegt auch in der N\u00e4he eines der sch\u00f6nsten und schmackhaftesten Restaurants der Insel, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canberrivell.es\/en\/\"><strong>Can Berri Vel<\/strong><\/a>, gegen\u00fcber der Kirche in dem kleinen Dorf San Augustin. Zentraler auf der Insel und nur 5 Minuten von unserer Villa <a href=\"https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/ibiza-rental-villas\/can-carabasso\/\"><strong>Can Carabasso<\/strong><\/a>, entfernt, treffen Sie auf die Stra\u00dfe von Ibiza nach San Juan, die mit tollen lokalen Restaurants gespickt ist. Balafia ist eines unserer langj\u00e4hrigen Favoriten f\u00fcr einen \u00fcppigen Fleischgrill, f\u00fcr den man in der Hochsaison Wochen im Voraus reservieren muss. Ganz in der N\u00e4he befindet sich das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nagairestaurant.com\/\">Nagai<\/a><\/strong>, das in seinem h\u00fcbschen ummauerten Innenhof seit vielen Jahren einige der besten Sushi der Insel serviert. Etwas abseits dieser Stra\u00dfe, in dem kleinen, h\u00fcbschen Dorf San Lorenzo, befindet sich das ber\u00fchmte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/palomaibiza.com\/\">La Paloma<\/a><\/strong> das sowohl zum Mittag- als auch zum Abendessen hervorragend ist und eine wunderbare Bio-Speisekarte hat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16412 \" src=\"https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/restaurant-rustic-300x178.jpg\" alt=\"Restaurant Rustic\" width=\"870\" height=\"516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/restaurant-rustic-300x178.jpg 300w, https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/restaurant-rustic-768x455.jpg 768w, https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/restaurant-rustic-375x222.jpg 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>Im Gegensatz zu diesen alteingesessenen Lokalen auf der Insel steht das<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntoshouse.com\/\">Juntos Restaurant<\/a><\/strong>, in San Mateo, das zwar relativ neu ist, aber das Konzept \u201evom Bauernhof auf den Tisch\u201c auf eine v\u00f6llig neue Ebene gebracht hat, indem es eine eigene gro\u00dfe Farm gekauft hat, auf der es sein gesamtes Bio-Gem\u00fcse und einen Gro\u00dfteil seiner saisonalen Speisekarte anbaut und an die \u00f6rtliche Gemeinde verkauft. Andere Restaurants, die man nicht unerw\u00e4hnt lassen sollte, sind das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aubergineibiza.com\/\">Aubergine<\/a> <\/strong>an der Stra\u00dfe San Miguel und das <strong>A Mi Manera<\/strong> an der Stra\u00dfe San Juan, aber es gibt noch viele weitere ausgezeichnete Restaurants auf dem Lande mit ihrer ganz eigenen Atmosph\u00e4re und Speisekarte. Die stilvolle und ger\u00e4umige 4-Schlafzimmer-Villa <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/ibiza-rental-villas\/can-tanques\/\">Can Tanques<\/a><\/strong> liegt nur 5 Autominuten vom gesch\u00e4ftigen Hippie-Dorf Santa Gertrudis entfernt, das als zentraler Punkt der Insel gilt (was bedeutet, dass es nicht weit weg ist). Man k\u00f6nnte einen ganzen Reisef\u00fchrer nur \u00fcber die Restaurants im Dorf schreiben, aber wenn wir ein paar herausgreifen m\u00fcssten, empfehlen wir Ihnen das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/laplazaibiza.com\/\">La Plaza<\/a><\/strong> direkt auf dem Dorfplatz zum Abendessen, oder <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ilbuco.com\/pages\/bottega\">Bottega de Buco<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0f\u00fcr authentische hausgemachte Pasta und italienische Spezialit\u00e4ten.
