As you swim lazily along in the 25m infinity pool, surrounded by beautiful countryside terraces and staring into the turquoise waters of the west coast below you, it is hard not to be seriously impressed with this lovely property. Sa Torre is a wonderfully large seven bedroom villa set on a 35000m2 hillside plot. The owners have painstakingly renovated the house and gardens to a luxurious level whilst retaining it’s original charm with total dedication. This is an excellent property for a large group of family or friends with spacious shaded terraces and various places to relax and take in the stunning sea view and campo surrounds without feeling cramped for a single moment. The lovely calas and playas of the island’s striking west coast are all close-by and can be explored within just a few minutes by car. And then there is the amazing sunset. Words cannot describe it.
Accommodation
The accommodation is spread over two main floors as well as having a tower (thus the name Sa Torre). On the main living floor there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. From here you can walk in one direction to the outside dining and kitchen terrace, in another direction to the large sofa terrace and pool terrace, and in another to a beautiful open patio surrounded by a covered walkway from where you access four of the bedrooms. There is another bedroom on an upper floor in the tower and on the lower floor there are 2 further large bedrooms and a cinema/games room. The living area, two of the bedrooms on the main floor and the lower floor rooms benefit from the stunning sea views. The pool is heated in Spring and Autumn to make your stay even more enjoyable.
