Villa rental management
Mi Casa Tu Casa Ibiza has been managing luxury Ibiza rental villas for 10 years and we have a clear and proven track record. Our model harmonises the interests of the villa owner and renter which works to their mutual benefits. Our objective is to rent as many weeks as possible at the market rate and therefore maximise your income over the whole season, not just focussing on a handful of peak weeks like many agents. We do this by expertly marketing the villas to high end audiences, offering a high level of guest customer service during the villa holiday and therefore achieving a very high portfolio repeat booker rate.
Property management and maintenance
Our service solution fits around the requirements of the villa owner. We can either take full responsibility of your villa with our own team or we can work alongside your existing team. We offer both full annual management or a seasonal service which relieves you of the stress of managing your villa through the hectic summer months. So, you don’t need to do anything apart from enjoy your villa when you are having your own holidays there. We control all the repairs and on-going maintenance works that are required during the rental season and we oversee comprehensive winter maintenance schedules when required. Ensuring the villa is well prepared for the strains of high-quality holiday rentals is critical so we will carry out a detailed maintenance review of your property before taking it on.
Renovation and development project management
We have managed all sorts of Ibiza villa projects from new builds to renovations to more minor interior and exterior improvements. We can advise you on what improvements can make your property achieve its rental potential and we can project manage those works for you. We are strong believers in intelligent investment – that means focusing your spend so that it has an immediate impact on guest experience and therefore rental income. We have a network of on-island suppliers to ensure works are done on time, on budget and to a high quality.
