Restaurants serving fresh local seafood and juicy black pork meat (the local breed of the island).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So in our welcome pack we want to pay homage to the authentic taste of Ibiza and give our guests a little hint of the rich gastronomy of Ibiza. Here\u2019s what you can find in our welcome pack:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CAN RICH OLIVE OIL &amp; WINE<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bodegas Can Rich is the only winery in Ibiza which is producing organic wines. It\u2019s located in the valley of Buscastell (near San Antonio). The first grape vines were rooted two decades ago in 1997 but was two years later in 1999, when <a href=\"http:\/\/bodegascanrich.com\/aceite-oliva-virgen-extra-ibiza\">Can Rich<\/a> began to implement a unique set of organic farming techniques. These techniques fusing tradition with modernity aims to preserve the integrity of both the ingredients and the conditions in which they are grown. Can Rich now produces also other products like it\u2019s premium <\/span><span class=\"s2\">olive oil <\/span><span class=\"s1\">which we also incorporate in our welcome pack.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>IBIZIKUS ROSADO WINE<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ibizikus is the youngest <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/micasatucasaibiza.com\/best-wineries-in-ibiza\/\"><span class=\"s2\">winery<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\"> on the island, it was started by Laurent Fr\u00e9sard in 2006. Its top seller is its unique premium Ros\u00e9, which we are happy to offer to all our guests. This wine perfectly match with the Ibiza specialities like Bullit de Peix or Paellas, but also well balanced and light enough to refresh and enjoy when you\u2019re lying around the pool!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>CAN MALACOSTA JAMS<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We love to send our guests home with a sweet euphoria with a jar of organic jam from the local farm <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.can-malacosta.com\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Can Malacosta<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\">. They produce several flavours from the sweetest strawberry, peach or fig \u2013 to the delicious onion jam.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>FLUXA IBIZA SALT<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Just drive up to Las Salinas to find the salt flats of Ibiza and the salt coming for here was once the island\u2019s economic driving force. With the aim to defend this island tradition <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fluxaibiza.com\/index.php\/en\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Juan Fluxa<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s1\"> has started his company, featuring among other traditional products, flavoured salts &#8211; Saffron Salt, Barbecue Salt Chilli Salt &amp; Mediterranean Salt (which incorporates 3 aromatic herbs, rosemary, oregano &amp; Thyme).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>SNACKS FROM FRUTOS SECOS DE IBIZA<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">What\u2019s better between one dip and another one than a quick bite.
