The Michelin Guide has published its 2019 edition. In this last year, zero restaurants in Ibiza & Formentera have been awarded with the prestigious Michelin star, but there are many restaurants listed in the guide, let\u2019s have a look at these gourmet restaurants.<\/span><\/p>\n

CAN DOMO AGROTURISMO<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Can Domo is set in the stunning countryside of Ibiza and chef Pau Barba leads the kitchen. Food is Mediterranean-inspired with plenty of local ingredients – veggies are grown in the agroturismo\u2019s own garden, the fish is bought from the local fisherman and the meat is provided by the local farms, all these ingredients make Can Domo<\/a> cuisine a must on your next visit to Ibiza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can Dani<\/a> is the first gastronomic restaurant in Formentera and without a doubt, one of the great references of Balearic cuisine. Its chef, Cristian Periscal, stands out for his creativity and good hand when it comes to cooking the most deeply rooted products in the Mediterranean. Its owner, Daniel Serra, recommends its clients to let themselves be carried away by the charming mixture of flavours of their tasting menus, paired, as could not be otherwise, with the best wines from the Balearic Islands.<\/span><\/p>\n

CA NA JOANA IN FORMENTERA<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ca Na Joana<\/a> offers traditional cuisine, intense flavors and simple elaborations, showing the maximum respect for the first quality product. Products, which, in the expert hands of Chef Jacinto del Valle, deserving of a Michelin star in 1991, are transformed into a Mediterranean proposal with winks to different international cuisines, but with clear influences from the Balearic gastronomy.<\/span><\/p>\n
