Ons doel is om de klimaatimpact van een verhuurde villa dramatisch te verminderen. Bijna 30% van de toeristen op Ibiza verblijven in gehuurde accommodatie en landelijk gelegen villa\u2019s gebruiken vaak veel water en energie. Dit eiland is een kwetsbaar paradijs dat te veel wordt belast en beschermd moet worden. <\/p>\n<p>Wij zijn toonaangevend in de villasector op het eiland als het aankomt op duurzaamheid en adviseren AVAT (de vereniging van villa eigenaren en verhuurbedrijven) in samenwerking met Ibiza Preservation. We willen hierbij alle betrokkenen bereiken: van villagasten, eigenaars, dienstverleners tot aan de overheid. We zijn begonnen door met iedere villa eigenaar een 5-jarig actieplan op te stellen om hun pand duurzamer te maken. Daarnaast moedigen wij al onze gasten aan om tijdens hun vakantie op een verantwoorde manier gebruik te maken van de villa en begrip te hebben voor de blijvende impact van hun ecologische voetafdruk op het eiland. Ook blijven we onze werkwijzen als villa managers aanpassen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is niet van de een op andere dag geregeld, maar samen kunnen we een groot verschil maken in het behouden van de schoonheid van ons eiland, zodat ook onze kinderen, en hun kinderen, er op dezelfde manier van kunnen genieten.<\/p>\n<div class=\"d-flex\" style=\"gap: 2.5rem; max-width: 56rem; margin: 1rem auto;\"><a style=\"flex-basis: 100%;\" href=\"https:\/\/ibizapreservation.org\/project\/plastic-free-ibiza-and-formentera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"bpp bpp-contain\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ibizapreservation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Logo_PlasticFree-EF-color.png\" alt=\"Plastic Free Logo\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/a><a style=\"flex-basis: 100%;\" href=\"https:\/\/ibizapreservation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"bpp bpp-contain\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ibizapreservation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IbizaPreservation_Logo.png\" alt=\"Plastic Free Logo\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>De 5 punten waar wij ons op focussen zijn:<\/p>\n<h4>1. RECYCLING<\/h4>\n<p>Al onze villa\u2019s hebben recyclingbakken, voorzien van duidelijke instructies, die de gasten kunnen gebruiken.<\/p>\n<h4>2. WATER BESPAREN<\/h4>\n<p>Ibiza leidt al lang aan watertekort en veel waterhoudende grondlagen, de enige natuurlijke waterbron van het eiland, zijn opgedroogd. We zoeken naar manieren om het verbruik van water per villa te verminderen door de infrastructurele opzet en verantwoord gebruik door gasten.<\/p>\n<h4>3. KOOP LOKALE PRODUCTEN<\/h4>\n<p>We voorzien gasten van een lijst van de beste plekken om <a href=\"\/nl\/ibiza-gids\/\">lokale, biologische producten<\/a> te kopen, zodat ze kunnen genieten van het beste van het eiland. Ook onze welkomstpakketten zitten vol lokale producten.<\/p>\n<h4>4. VERMINDER ENERGIE CONSUMPTIE<\/h4>\n<p>We kijken naar manieren om het energieverbruik per villa te verminderen door de infrastructurele opzet en verantwoord gebruik door de gasten. We overwegen en implementeren betere energiebronnen zoals zonne-energie en warmtepompen. Daarnaast proberen we het verbruik te verminderen door het gebruik van betere huishoudelijke apparatuur, daglichtsensoren voor externe verlichting etc.<\/p>\n<h4>5. VERMINDER PLASTIC GEBRUIK<\/h4>\n<p>We hebben in de meeste villa\u2019s een osmosisfilter in de keukenkraan ge\u00efnstalleerd, zodat gasten geen water in flessen meer hoeven te kopen. Daarnaast voorzien wij onze gasten van herbruikbare tassen die zij voor de boodschappen kunnen gebruiken in plaats van plastic tassen van de supermarkt. We hebben plastic shampoo en douchegel flessen vervangen voor grotere hervulbare flessen.
