Bekend als het eiland dat nooit slaapt, heeft Ibiza snel een reputatie opgebouwd als een van de meest opwindende vakantieoorden ter wereld. De laatste jaren is er een golf van nieuwe hotels bijgekomen die een brug slaan tussen het oude en het nieuwe Ibiza, waarbij het zuiden van het eiland in evenwicht wordt gebracht met het rustiger noorden, dat steeds meer gericht is op eten en stijl. CHIRINGUITO BLAUW<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Als onderdeel van het nieuwe W Hotel Ibiza complex, opende Chiringuito Blue in 2018 zijn deuren aan het einde van Santa Eularia’s promenade. Dit trendy strandrestaurant staat onder leiding van de Isra\u00eblische chef-kok Haim Cohen. Het mediterrane menu richt zich op lokaal ingekochte Ibiza-producten die samensmelten met lekkernijen uit het Midden-Oosten. Het restaurant biedt in de zomer ook service op de ligbedden. Met zijn onbeperkte uitzicht op de zee en het strand is het zonnige terras perfect voor een ontspannen lunch of een namiddag cocktails drinken, met een speciale kinderzone die volop entertainment biedt voor de kleintjes. https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B0-z_e4AGcS\/<\/p>\n

CASA MACA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Onderdeel van Mambo Brother business, eigenaars van Caf\u00e9 Mambo, Savannah, Cala Gracioneta en Hostal La Torre, naast vele andere succesvolle locaties over het hele eiland, Casa Maca is gelegen in de buurt van Ibiza stad, maar op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht op de prachtige Dalt Villa. Het is een hotel, een restaurant en een hotspot voor evenementen. En, het is een deel van de geschiedenis van het eiland. Het hoofdgebouw is een 300 jaar oude voormalige boerderij die is gerestaureerd met zorg voor het architectonisch erfgoed. TERRA MASIA IBIZA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Een lange, kronkelige weg op het platteland van Santa Eulalia leidt naar een kleine poort die de bloeiende velden en tuinen verbergt van de grootste biologische boerderij van het eiland, Terra Masia Ibiza. U kunt er rondwandelen en een doos met verse groenten mee naar huis nemen. Elke zomer organiseert de boerderij ook een reeks “farm-to-table”-evenementen waar u in hun prachtige omgeving kunt genieten van de vers verbouwde producten van de boerderij. https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/B1i2qLpA4AB\/<\/p>\n

IBIZA AIYANNA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Het strandrestaurant Aiyanna is gelegen in Cala Nova en werd al snel een favoriet van zowel de lokale bevolking als de toeristen. Het hele restaurant ademt de sfeer van Bali. Rieten stoelen, grote gekleurde parasols en een uitstekende mediterrane keuken met veel producten uit eigen tuin. LOS ENAMORADOS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Het boetiekhotel Los Enamorados ligt in het noorden, in het rustige vissersdorpje Portinatx. Deze hotspot kenmerkt zich door de prachtige inrichting, vintage meubels die samensmelten met strak modern design. Er is ook een smaakvolle winkel met mooie vintage meubels, kunst, decoraties en mode.
