As you gaze southwards over the Salinas salt flats and across the sea to the island of Formentera you feel like the view is limitless. You need more than a few minutes to take it all in. This four-bedroom luxurious villa has just been stylishly renovated to a very high standard. The inside and outside spaces link seamlessly creating a wonderful property for summer living. In terms of where you are on the island, the location is fantastic. The property is surrounded by pine-covered terraces and, despite being wonderfully rustic, you can roll down the hill and get to the island’s most desirable locations within only a few minutes. Salinas beach, Cala Jondal, Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza town and marinas and the pretty village of San Jose village are all within 10 minutes. You can’t get it any better.
Accommodation
The accommodation is spread over a single floor. Three of the four bedrooms have fantastic sea views including the master bedroom which is a large suite up half a flight of steps. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that links directly to the outside dining terrace and the pool terrace through giant sliding glass windows. The house has been designed to embrace the amazing views from as many places as possible. On a pine shaded terrace behind the house there is a large hard wood yoga and exercise deck. Whats more, the pool is now heated in Spring and Autumn to make your stay even more enjoyable.
