We have worked with the villa owners to agree flexible booking conditions for our guests. Please see below our standard booking conditions. However you should refer to your villa holiday rental contract for the final details as these might vary.
- 30% villa rental deposit paid on booking, 70% paid 8 weeks before arrival.
- You can cancel, for whatever reason, and receive your money back (less a 5% admin fee) up to 4 months before your holiday start date (some villas may vary).
