We have all been living in constantly evolving and unsure times and we understand that it is still challenging for you to plan your summer holidays. This is why we have changed our booking conditions to give you more flexibility and more peace of mind. With positive news on vaccines as well as quicker and cheaper testing there is now a clearer light at the end of the tunnel and we hope that you’ll soon be enjoying a wonderful villa holiday with us once again. We have been working with all the villa owners to agree flexible booking conditions so that you can book with increased peace of mind.
Flexible booking terms for bookings made after 23rd February 2021
- We have reduced the rental booking deposit from 50% to 30%
- You can now cancel, for whatever reason, and receive your money back (less an admin fee) up to 2 months before your holiday start date (reduced from 6 months)
- If the holiday can’t be the fulfilled because the Spanish or Balearic government close their borders from your country of residence you will receive a credit voucher for the full amount paid
- For new bookings for April, May and June 2021 we are offering even more flexible booking conditions so when you make your enquiry please ask the reservations team for more details
Your travel insurance
Whilst there are no travel policies that will cover you in the event of a Coronavirus non-travel advice from your government, there are several providers which cover you if you get Coronavirus and cannot travel or if you have to quarantine as someone you have been in contact with has Coronavirus. Strict health and hygiene standards
We have always had very high cleaning standards and throughout summer 2020 we carefully followed the strict cleaning and hygiene protocols as established by the Spanish government using different disinfection products and equipment. We will of course continue to do the same throughout the duration of the current health issue to ensure the safety of our guests and team.
