Just before arriving at the lovely sandy bay of Cala Bassa take a right fork onto a dusty track that twists through the pine woods until, after a short climb, you reach the striking sanctuary of Can Elvi. If privacy, beauty and style is what you are after then this is your spot. The sea views from the villa, as you stare out over the pine forrest below, are outstanding – they stretch all the way from the western island of Conillera to the striking headland of Cap Nuna. The beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, and Port d’es Torrent are all within 5 minutes drive and there is a lovely little swimming and snorkelling bay just a 10 minute walk away. Surrounded by nature, Can Elvi has recently been renovated and designed to create a wonderfully simple, clean and stylish villa. The result is a stunning setting to enjoy wonderful summer holidays with family and friends.

The heartbeat of the house is the open plan living area that blends seamlessly with the main outside dining and sofa terrace and from which the stunning views can be enjoyed all day. At Can Elvi Inside and outside living merge perfectly and from the living areas it’s just a short flight of steps down to the large pool terrace. There are two bedrooms on the same level as the living areas ; one accessed externally from the main dining terrace and the other internally from the living room. An impressive staircase leads up to the spacious master suite on the top floor which has it’s own terrace. There are two lower floor rooms accessed directly from the pool terrace. After a day at the beach, you can relax poolside, enjoy the shade of the main house terrace or even battle it out over a game of ‘petanca’ on the newly installed boules pitch.
