The setting of Can La Pi is both dramatic and charming. It is very private (there is no other house in sight) and it has southerly sea views to the island of Formentera down an untouched pine covered valley. The villa is set in the hills on Ibiza’s south coast, one of the island’s most exclusive areas. In only a few minutes ́ drive you can reach some of the island ́s best restaurants and beach clubs like The Blue Marlin, Tropicana, Es Torrent and Es Xarcu. Deciding where to eat will have never been so complicated! The internal space is fresh and open and the outside areas are wonderful with a large grass lawn, a great pool, an outside kitchen and dining area as well as various chill out sofas. Can La Pi captures a wonderful slice of the island making it a truly lovely holiday home. A rare gem indeed.
Accommodation
The accommodation is all on one level. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sea views. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan and connects perfectly with the outside areas through giant sliding glass doors.
