Can Picossa is an utterly charming rural villa set in the hills above Ibiza’s stunning west coast. The original house dates back to nearly 200 years and has been renovated with total love and dedication by it’s Ibicencan owner. Set on an 90,000m2 plot, in the beauty of an untouched valley, the villa enjoys total privacy and striking views of the surrounding pine covered hills. This 5 bedroom property is the perfect place to enjoy a fantastic holiday, whether with family or friends. The sandy west coast beaches are within a 10 minute drive and the buzzing little village of San Jose is only 5 minutes along a winding country road. The villa has pretty gardens, a great pool area with outside dining and giant sun beds, all surrounded by a lovely grass lawn. Can Picossa is a beautiful slice of Ibiza that is sure to impress you.
Accommodation
There are 4 en-suite bedrooms in the main house including two doubles, a twin room and one bedroom that can either work as a double or twin depending on your group make-up. There is a large annex with en-suite bedroom closer to the pool. In the main house there is a TV and sofa area and you’ll be spoilt for choice of where to dine; there is an internal dining area for 10 as well as a breakfast table in the kitchen, and outside there is covered dining area for 10 on the pool side of the house and another covered dining area on the other side. There are various small outside terraces and the villa retains many of it’s original features. The pool area has two giant daybeds and overall there are sunbeds for up to 10 guests. Mi Casa Tu Casa is currently finishing off some decorative and furniture improvements with the owner and new photos will be published shortly.
