The three partners of Mi Casa Tu Casa bring over 40 years of combined experience in the Ibiza property market and, as investment villa owners, we bring an insight that has defined our offering. What’s more, as we only manage a small number of properties on an exclusive basis we will be very hands on in our management of your property so you will get a very personal and considered service. Our model harmonises the interests of the owner and renter which works to the benefit of both. Our objective is to rent as many weeks as possible and therefore maximise your income over the whole season, not just focussing on July and August like many agents. We do this by pricing your property correctly and marketing it to the right audiences. We want our guests to have fantastic holidays and therefore re-book your home year after year. Management and Maintenance
We will relieve you of the stress of managing your villa through the hectic summer months by taking full responsibility of your property. So, whether you live in Ibiza or overseas, you don´t need to do anything apart from sit back and relax. We control all the repairs and on-going maintenance works that are required during the rental season. We also fully manage the guests in the house to ensure that they have a trouble free stay and really enjoy the villa. Ensuring the villa is well prepared for the strains of high quality holiday rentals is critical so we will carry out a detailed maintenance review of your property before taking it on. Rob del Castillo has worked in and around the building trade all his working life and has been in charge of the management and maintenance of luxury villas in Ibiza for nearly 15 years.
Villa development and renovation project management
We can advise you on what improvements can make your property achieve its full potential, whether for rental or for your own use. We can then project manage those works for you, however large or small. We are strong believers in intelligent investment – that means focusing your spend so that it has an immediate impact on how much you or your guests will enjoy the villa. We have a network of on-island suppliers we can link with to ensure projects are done on time, on budget and to a high quality.
