Can Vildas is something special – an impressive and spacious six bedroom hill top property with a stunning 15m x 5m infinity pool. Situated on the top of a green hill in between the villages of San Jose and San Rafael, the property boasts an incredible vista of the surrounding countryside with amazing sea views both east and west. Every night you’ll be treated to a magical sunset into the Mediterranean sea and the Conejera islands. The villa offers the luxury of total privacy in a tranquil, protected part of the island yet you can reach Ibiza town, the sandy south coast beaches and the airport in less than 15 minutes. There is a housekeeper living in a separate house on the property who maintains the garden, sweeps terraces etc. A maid provides daily cleaning every morning excluding Sundays.
Accommodation
There is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that links directly to a large west facing dining terrace with magnificent sunset views. In the main house there are five bedrooms. The master suite takes up the entire first floor with a large en-suite bathroom complete with free standing bathtub. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, plus three adorable bijou bedrooms/children’s bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with a bathtub. There is an annex double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
