Known as the island that never sleeps, Ibiza has fast earned a reputation as one of the most exciting holiday venue in the world. A wave of openings, in the last years, is bridging old and new Ibiza, balancing the island’s dance-till-dawn south with its more calm and increasingly more food and style oriented north. Here our top pick of Ibiza hotspots for the summer 2020.

CHIRINGUITO BLUE
Part of the new W Hotel Ibiza complex, Chiringuito Blue opened in 2018 at the end of Santa Eularia’s promenade. This trendy beach restaurant is headed by Israeli chef Haim Cohen. The Mediterranean menu focuses on locally sourced Ibiza produce fusing with Middle Eastern delights. The restaurant also offers service to sunbeds in summer. With its unrestricted view of the sea and beach, the sunny terrace is perfect for a leisurely lunch or afternoon of cocktails, with a dedicated kids zone providing plenty of entertainment for the little ones.

CASA MACA
Part of Mambo Brother business, owners of Café Mambo, Savannah, Cala Gracioneta and Hostal La Torre, among many others successful venues across the island, Casa Maca is located near Ibiza town but on a quiet hill overlooking the beautiful Dalt Villa. It’s a hotel, a restaurant and a hot spot for events. And, it’s a part of the history of the island. The main building is a 300-year-old former farmhouse that has been restored taking care of its architectural heritage. And the garden breathes the essence of the island, too: almond, olive, fig, lavender, and carob trees surround the house.
