How far in advance should I book?
Peak summer (July-August) books early. If you want specific dates or a particular view or location, book 6 to 12 months ahead. May, June, September and October offer more choice so 3-6 months is often fine.
What’s the minimum stay?
Typically 7 nights in high season. Outside peak, some homes allow shorter stays. Tell us your dates and we’ll share flexible options.
Are your villas licensed?
Yes. Every home we manage holds a valid Balearic tourist license. We’ll include license numbers in your booking documents.
What’s included in the price?
Weekly housekeeping (more on request), linens and towels, pool/garden care, and your free concierge. Utilities are included unless stated otherwise. For your convenience, tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes, held pre-arrival and released after check-out inspection. Amounts vary by villa. We’ll confirm before you book.
What’s your cancellation policy?

Can you arrange chefs, boats, cars and childcare?
Absolutely. Your concierge books private chefs, boat days, fridge-fill, drivers, yoga, massages, and vetted nannies. You ask. We arrange.
How good is the Wi-Fi for work?
We prioritise strong connections and can recommend homes best suited to remote work. If you need a separate workspace or printer, simply let us know.
Is pool heating available?
Selected villas offer heated pools in spring and autumn. There is a supplement which varies by villa depending on the size of the pool.
Are parties or events allowed?
Most villas don’t permit large events due to island regulations and neighbourhood peace. If you’re planning a small celebration, let us know and we’ll advise what’s possible.
Which areas suit families first-time in Ibiza?
For easy beaches and dining: San Jose village and the nearby beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa, also Salinas beach on the south-east point, and Cala Nova beach in the north-east. We’ll tailor suggestions to ages and interests.
How close are the villas to beaches and towns?
Ibiza is compact. Most of our villas are 5-15 minutes from popular bays, and no more than five minutes from restaurants. You can discover the exact drive times to local attractions on each luxury villa page.
Do you offer accessibility-friendly villas?
Yes. Some homes have minimal steps, ground-floor suites and wider access. Tell us your needs and we’ll match you carefully.
What about noise and privacy?
Our villas benefit from great privacy and sit in peaceful locations. Hearing noise from other houses is rare, however a few of the villas do have neighbours so if you are disturbed please inform us immediately. Our renters should likewise respect the peace and tranquility of the neighbourhood and follow local law which doesn't permit loud music outside after 23.00.
