FRITA DE PULPO IBICENCA

If you are in a bar in Ibiza, order a tapas or ración of Frita de Pulpa. This recipe combines octopus with potatoes, pepper, onion, garlic and laurel, which creates an amazing flavour. Strips of octopus fried with potato, garlic, peppers and lots of olive oil. A firm favourite all along the spanish coast but the ibicencan version is delicious.
