What does ‘farm to table’ actually mean? For some, it’s a direct relationship between a farm and a restaurant. For others, organic produce procured daily at local farmer’s markets. No matter the perception, everyone agrees it makes a huge difference – the food is fresh, it’s healthy and it’s delicious! Ibiza truly embraces this movement and here are some of its most shining examples.

This is the biggest organic farm on the island. They have restored the land, recovered the health of the trees, restored the fertility of the soil and brought an enormous finca back to life. The finca has a beautiful aesthetic, simple but yet timeless, fusing perfectly the natural materials with the rural surrounding. The farm has become a pleasant place to visit and meet. During the summer months, the farm hosts farm-to-table dinners for members of the farm, inviting chefs to cook on an open fire & enhance the delicious taste of the products grown directly at the farm.
